This is a custom designed Mast Cap for the USS Flagg with the "99" featured. It is not a reproduction of the original. Also included is a Mast Sleeve that also features the "99." While the Mast Cap holds the top of the mast together, the Mast Sleeve is designed to help hold the lower section of the mast together as pieces may be warped or even broken.
