ABOUT TURTLES IN TIME
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time was developed and released by Konami in 1991 as the follow-up to its hugely popular 1989 TMNT arcade game. The four-player beat-'em-up once again let players control Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, or Raphael, this time pursuing Shredder and Krang through different periods of history after the villains steal the Statue of Liberty.

The adventure takes the Turtles from the streets and sewers of New York to a prehistoric landscape, a pirate ship, the Wild West, a futuristic city, and eventually the Technodrome. Like its predecessor, the four-player cabinet assigned each Turtle to a specific control position, encouraging players to fight side-by-side through the entire adventure.

ARCADE TRIVIA: One of Turtles in Time's signature moves allowed players to grab a Foot Soldier and hurl him directly toward the screen, creating a dramatic pseudo-3D effect. The move wasn't just for show—it became part of the gameplay during the Shredder battle, where players could defeat him by throwing Foot Soldiers toward Shredder's position in the foreground. The game's popularity also led to the famous Super Nintendo adaptation in 1992, which became a classic in its own right.
Life Mission Statement: I desire to share my faith with others, connect them to the church, teach/preach sound doctrine, serve the needs of others, and glorify God in my home, church and daily living.
