Designing Decals
If you are interested in designing your own decals. Here are some font files for your use.
Font Files

"Action Force" is for G.I. JOE text.

"Jersey M54" is for the "99" or "USS FLAGG" text.

"Mastermind" is for the Cobra text.

"Sis Boom Bah NF" is for the "USS FLAGG" on the Fantail Deck. It's not an exact match as it has serifs that are not on the original. The font's shadow is also cast in the opposite direction as the original. However, the serifs can be removed and the shadow can be corrected through some editing work in Photoshop.
