USS Flagg Custom Parts
Below is a catalog of items I have created for my USS Flagg custom base. Each of these custom parts are featured in my book, "The USS Flagg Custom Base." These items are available on ebay. If you can't find them on ebay, please email me at email@example.com and let me know which parts you are searching for. If you have an idea for a new custom part, let us know and we will see if it's something our team can do.
The door frames will give your custom base a similar look and feel to the door frames of the USS Flagg. They are available on Ebay in a set of 2 for $15.
The portholes are designed to match the door frames. They are available on Ebay for $7.50 each. The porthole comes in two parts: (1) the 3D printed frame as seen here and (2) a clear round plastic insert for the window.
There are two variations of the hatches. Both are working hinged hatches. The first is the hatch frame and hinged lid. The second is the hatch frame attached to a base platform compatible with the JoyToy Mecha Depot diorama kits. Once again, the design matches the door frames of the USS Flagg.
Light up the FLAGG! These are two red lights that attach to the mast of the USS Flagg.
Landing Strip Lights
Light up the FLAGG! These are ten blue lights that can be set up anywhere you want your GI Joe Skystriker to land. Put them on the flight deck of the Flagg or anywhere you want to create a runway.
Optical Landing System
Light up the FLAGG! These are an arrangement of 8 green lights, 3 yellow lights, and 2 red lights to be placed on the flight deck of the USS Flagg. The Optical Landing System is a code system using lights to communicate with pilots as they land on an aircraft carrier.
I have plans of making this template more precise through computer drafting, but this hand drawn version will serve the purpose for the moment.
USS Flagg Restoration Parts
Below is a catalog of pieces I have created to restore the original pieces of my USS Flagg. These items are available on ebay.
Elevator Support Tab (Type 1)
There are three supports for the elevator of the USS Flagg. There is one "long elevator support" and two "elevator side supports." Along the top of the long elevator support are two tabs that will insert into the flight deck holes. There is one tab on each of the elevator side supports. These tabs often break off and weaken the structure of the USS Flagg. You can choose to repair the support with 3D printed tabs or purchase unbroken supports.
Elevator Support Tab (Type 2)
There are three supports for the elevator of the USS Flagg. There is one "long elevator support" and two "elevator side supports." Along the back of the elevator side supports are two hook tabs that will insert into the slots of the long elevator support. There are two hook tabs for each elevator side support.
Elevator Support Repair Kit
The Elevator Support Repair Kit comes with 4 tabs (type 1) and 4 hook tabs (type 2) and are available on Ebay for $5.99.
